Founded by Annie, whose passion for pets was ignited from a very young age, her journey began with a calico stray kitten who quickly became a cherished family member for 23 years, named Rosie. Annie has had the pleasure of owning and caring for a variety of other animals, ranging from cats, fish, birds, dogs, horses, rabbits, turtles and tortoises, lizards, raccoons, and even an endangered axolotl. She grew up in a rural Colorado farming community.
Annie’s dedication to pet care extends beyond mere passion. She has amassed years of experience and expertise in the field. From caring for neighbors’ pets to training in crisis management, recovery, hospice care, pet first aid and CPR certification, Annie’s commitment to the well-being of animals is unwavering.
Her experience also extends internationally, having volunteered for over three years with a renowned veterinary clinic in Central America that provides essential services along with spay and neuter clinics, and helping educate about pet ownership, care, wellness, health and working with the village children in weekly puppy classes and food distribution events.
Annie has also served as a volunteer with a nonprofit organization dedicated to training service dogs for individuals with disabilities. She can be found volunteering at various events and pursuing specialized courses that help support the many services offered by All About Services, LLC.

From vet appointments to grooming sessions, we offer safe & reliable transportation services for your furry companions. We can also provide contractor meet & wait services, should you have a mobile vet or groomer coming to the home and you are unable to be at the home, including crating, if necessary.

- Arrange a get-acquainted consultation at your home to ensure compatibility and discuss all necessary information, such as your pet’s routine, preferences, and any special requirements you may have. And of course, discussing rates. All services are prepaid.
- Complete a service agreement with pet profile, emergency and veterinarian information, tailoring services precisely to your pet’s unique needs, test and pick up keys, and do a walk-through of the home interior and exterior, as appropriate.

Our exclusive proprietary forms and protocols are designed to provide us with the necessary information to act in your pet’s best interest during an emergency. By understanding your wishes and limitations up front, informed decisions can be made to ensure treatment is not delayed.

Rates & Reservations
As a concierge-level pet sitter, we offer much more than the standard 30-minute or 60-minute visit. Our rates are competitive with other professional sitters. It’s important to have a conversation about the type of pet sitting you’d like and learn about the different tasks that could be involved, such as the number of visits each day, length and times of visits, duration, location, type of and number of animals, medications, enrichment activities, household chores desired, holidays, etc. before we can estimate rates.
We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, and book reservations up to 3 months in advance. A deposit is required in advance to secure desired dates, with full payment due 7 days before the first date of service (30 on major holidays). Please note that cancellation policies apply, and deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made within a certain time frame.

Pet FAQs
While we cannot guarantee exact times, we strive to accommodate your preferred timeframe within a 2-hour window: 7:00-9:00 am, 9:30-11:30 am, 12:00-2:00 pm, 2:30-4:30 pm, 5:00-7:00 pm, 7:30-9:30 pm
We accept reservations up to 3 months in advance. If you need to book flights or make travel arrangements and require confirmation of a pet sitter, we can recommend companies with larger teams who may offer bookings further in advance.
We operate on a first come/first serve basis and require a deposit to secure dates. The remaining balance is due a minimum of 7 days prior to the first service (30 days for holidays). Once a reservation is made, we no longer consider other jobs that could conflict with yours. As a small business, we rely on this income to cover our expenses.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first service (30 for holidays) may result in a refund of the deposit, minus an administrative fee, or the deposit may be applied to a future service. If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the first service (30 for holidays), the deposit is forfeited.
Gratuities are never expected but are graciously accepted and greatly appreciated. One of the best compliments you can give a small business is a referral and or a positive review on Google, the Better Business Bureau, or social media.
We accept payments via cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards (with 4% processing fee).
Once All About Services, LLC is responsible for your home and pets, no one else is allowed to enter due to liability concerns. We do not share jobs with others. Your privacy, security, and the care of your pets are our top priorities.
If extended, we do our best to continue care, though it may be on a modified schedule. If shortened, the cancellation policy will apply.
Yes, we require a meet-and-greet with you and your pets before the first service to ensure we understand your pets’ needs and routines and establish a comfortable relationship.

From making sure that a client is never left alone, to the point of sleeping on her floor, to only walking pets when the ground is cool enough to protect their pads, arranging all details needed when a loved one passes and family is not in town to help clear out the house, get it ready for sale, organize (her specialty) hire and coordinate everything needed. Annie is a one stop shop, you need anything taking care of, she is your person!
